Hemingways Ol Seki Mara has two private villas named Simba and Chui (the Swahili names for lion and leopard) that provide one of the most exclusive experiences in the entire Masai Mara region. Perched on a rocky escarpment with 270° views over the prime Naboisho Conservancy these villas are perfect for families who value space and privacy, friends travelling together or even just a couple who want a fully tailored experience.
Both villas have two en-suite bedrooms and their own private living room, dining areas and an enviable private plunge pool with sweeping views of the conservancy. Booking a villa comes with your own private service team to look after your every whim and also your own private guide and vehicle.
The two private villas are part of Hemingways Ol Seki Mara Camp which consists of just eight 'Nina' tents and then the two Simba and Chui private villas. It means the total camp can accommodate up to 26 people providing flexibility for a range of group sizes. For example, for a family of 10 the two villas could be booked along with one 'Nina' tent, all the while with private activities and an exclusive experience guaranteed.

The Naboisho Conservancy offers a vastly different safari experience compared to the Masai Mara National Reserve, in the exclusivity and also the activities on offer. The 60,000 acre community-led conservancy has just a handful of boutique safari camps that have very strict operating conditions on how many vehicles can drive around the reserve and that can gather at sightings. Within the conservancy it is also possible to do night drives, go off-road for key sightings and even walking safaris, all of which aren't possible in the National Reserve.
