KUJANA TENTED CAMP

Set to open on the 1st October 2026, Kujana Tented Camp is the newest camp in Zambia's Lower Zambezi National Park and we can't wait to see it!

The property is set to have just four tents and it is the latest from the established safari operator Robin Pope Safaris. They bring more than 40 years of experience in guiding and running safari camps across Zimbabwe, Zambia and Malawi. You can rely on Robin Pope Safaris to deliver an authentic experience with exceptional guiding. Their camps are comfortable, but not over the top, with the focus on making the most of the landscape and the wildlife therein.

For those that know the area, Kujana is located deep in the national park on the banks of the mighty Zambezi. It is located between Old Mondoro Camp and Chula Camp, on an island next to the famed Discovery Channel.

As well as the sensational wildlife and scenery of the Lower Zambezi, one aspect that sets it apart from other parks in Zambia and indeed Africa are the activities on offer. Kujana Tented Camp will offer game drives and walking safaris, through the winterthorn forest and the riverine Zambezi habitat. On the river itself boat safaris provide a completely different perspective and they are nice change of pace from a bumpy game drive vehicle. It is even possible to take a rod out and try your hand at fishing for the almost mythical tiger fish.
